It's Bastille Day in Paris, with the so-called coalition of the willing - aka Nato minus the United States - serving up some more serene summitry on the eve of the traditional military parade down the Champs-Elysées where Germany, Ukraine, the UK, Sweden and Greece will have aircraft participating in the flyover.
