U.S. taking Putin’s side would be a ‘historic mistake,’ Zelenskyy says

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned that the U.S. formally siding with Russia’s Vladimir Putin would be a “historic mistake.” All of this comes as the midterms are just over two weeks away and a new NBC News poll shows 71 percent of Americans say the U.S. is on the wrong track. Voters were especially sour on the economy and gas prices. NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor reports.
