Scandal in Formosa: a judge close to Gildo Insfrán sanctioned journalists for filming in public

Omar Padilla, Justice of the Peace for Minor Claims in Las Lomitas and former Justicialist leader, ordered five days of arrest or the payment of fines for a journalistic team. The ADEPA association condemned the measure and considered "the penal sanction worrying, given that state authorization is not required."
