Cats, dogs and horses: Rescuing the pets caught in France’s wildfires

Wildfires raging through southwestern France have forced thousands to evacuate their homes in the fire-ravaged department of Gironde. Many of the evacuees were forced to leave their pets behind amid the ensuing chaos.
