A 17-year-old was stabbed to death while celebrating Student's Day: "Please, don't let him die"

Uriel Ríos was stabbed in the chest in Pocito, a few kilometers south of the capital of San Juan. His twin brother was also attacked and is in serious condition. The alleged perpetrator of the attack, a 16-year-old adolescent, surrendered hours later and was placed at the disposal of the Juvenile Justice system.
