Dat meldt de Amerikaanse gezant John Coale op het socialemediaplatform X. Hij sprak met de Belarussische president Loekasjenko in hoofdstad Mink. De vrijlatingen komen in ruil voor het opheffen van Amerikaanse sancties op twee Belarussische bedrijven.
