Entre Ríos will stop paying lifetime pensions for governors and vice-governors

The provincial Chamber of Deputies repealed a 1965 law that granted a pension equivalent to 75% of their salaries to officials who held those positions once their term ended. The initiative had been presented by Frigerio at the beginning of his administration.
