Drawings by orphaned children in Gaza: the trauma of war in strokes and colors

Forty children between 2 and 14 years old, without family and under the care of a pediatrician, are launching a drawing contest to seek donations. The designs show loneliness, desolation, helplessness, hunger, fear, attacks, planes, losses, orphanhood, and destruction.
